STAND UP PADDLING
SUP is a versatile body workout. It is a strength and endurance exercise that requires the coordination of almost every element of the body. When you row through the water, your muscles, shoulders, arms, and knees work together to propel you forward. Your leg muscles also work to help you maintain your balance.
Our SUP classes continue in Göcek Bays on weekdays and weekends. After an hour of training, you are ready to row on the sea.
